An exciting exploration of music, sound and improvisation with the stunning musicians of Tipping Point.

This is a special performance for schools and is a unique opportunity to enjoy the work of this contemporary jazz quartet.

Led by MOBO and Mercury Prize nominated musician, James Mainwaring, Tipping Point bring together a dazzling range of influences, from jazz to Indian classical music, weaving together improvisation, experimentation and composed music to create exciting soundscapes which take the listeners on a real journey of musical discovery.

Tipping Point are: James Mainwaring on saxophone, British improvised music legend Matthew Bourne on Fender Rhodes and two of the UK’s most individual instrumentalists; Michael Bardon on double bass and Joost Hendrickx on drums.
